How do I exchange my item?

If you require an exchange please contact us at info@maidensladieswear.com within 7 days of receiving your goods. Although a replacement may not always be available, a member of the Maidens team will contact you either by telephone or email and let you know the alternatives. The item to be returned must be returned to the address below, this will be at your own expense, however the cost of sending out the exchanged item will be met by Maidens.

If items are exchanged for a different size or style of a lesser value, then a refund for the price difference will be issued.
