RETURNS - CHANGE OF MIND
Maidens hopes that you will be happy with your purchase. On receipt of your goods please check your items and ensure that they meet with your approval. If they do not
please contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of receipt of
the goods. Unfortunately we can not accept purchases made on the
website in the store , they must be posted to the address below.

We ask that the goods are returned unworn in the same packaging with all labels attached. The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches
us, so we recommend using a registered delivery service.
Returning items will be at your own expense. Goods must be returned to us in their original
condition as failure to do so may result in Maidens being unable to
accept the return. Unfortunately Maidens are unable to accept swimwear, underwear and pierced jewellery returns for hygiene reasons.
Please follow the instructions below-
trying on clothing please take care to remove any watches and jewellery
that may cause damage to delicate fabric. Also please ensure you are not
wearing fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark the
fabric. Footwear will only be accepted back if returned unworn, without marks
on the soles and in its original undamaged box.
Any credit note issued from purchases online are not redeemable in store.
FOR RETURNS DUE TO CHANGE OF MIND
All refunds will be
credited to your credit/debit card within 14 days of Maidens receiving the goods.
Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are
delivered to the customer damaged or if there is a definite
manufacturing fault within a period of 3 months after delivery.
items returned faulty will be inspected and any items deemed subject to
fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
items maybe repaired on request but only where such items are deemed
faulty and repairable.
REFUNDS FOR FAULTY GOODS
If your returned
item is accepted as faulty you will be credited to your Debit/Credit
card with in 30 days of Maidens receiving the item.
CHARGES FOR RETURNS
If you are returning an item because it
is faulty, or due to an error on our part, we will refund your costs
for returning the item back to us. Other wise you will be responsible
for the return postage.

days of receiving your goods. Although a replacement will not always be available, a member of the Maidens team will contact you by either telephone or email and let you know the alternatives. The item to be returned must be returned as above, this
will be at your own expense-however the cost of sending out the
exchanged item will be met by Maidens.
If items are exchanged
for a different size or style of a lesser value, then a credit note for the price difference will be issued. Please note that refunds cannot be given under these circumstances.

you need to return an item due an error on our part, please contact us
at email@example.com.. Standard returns
process ,as detailed above, will apply and we will be happy to refund the costs of
returning the item to us and your original postage costs.
statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy and you will
have the benefit from them too.
CHRISTMAS GIFT RETURNS
From December 10th 2010 items purchased as gifts for
Christmas may be returned unworn or unused until 10th January
2011 for an exchange or credit note. There is no time limit on credit

In addition to our returns policy,
under the Distance Selling Regulations you have 7 working days [starting
the day after receipt] to cancel your purchase. In this case we will
provide a full refund on the item purchased but you must return the
cancelled item to us at your own cost.
