Maidens uses Royal Mail First Class Recorded delivery to ensure your parcel arrives to you quickly and safely.
We will send you email confirmation once your order has been dispatched with a tracking number so you can TRACK YOUR ORDER via the Royal Mail website. Click the link to be re-directed to the Royal Mail site where you can enter the tracking number and find out the status of your parcel.
As default, your parcel will require a signature upon receipt of the goods. Please try to arrange for someone to be in otherwise the carrier will leave a card for you giving you the option to rearrange delivery, or Royal Mail may hold your parcel at your local post office for collection.
Please note we do not ship to PO Box addresses.
Where stock is available, we endeavor to dispatch your order within 24 hours, to arrive with UK customers within 2-3 working days. We also offer a next day delivery option, if we receive your order before 2pm and it is authorised. In this option, your delivery will be with you before 1pm the next day.
International Delivery:
We ship your orders using the Royal Mail First Class International Signed For service. International Signed For items are tracked until they leave the UK when sent via Airmail. Please note that delivery to addresses within the EU can take upto 3-7 working days.

Taxes and Import Duties:
All prices quoted on our website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£). Where appropriate all are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate of 20%. Maidens prices include UK VAT for all EU customers. For deliveries to customers outside the EU the UK VAT element will be refunded from the total sales price when your order has been confirmed as delivered successfully. Please contact us to confirm successful delivery and for a VAT refund.
Please note: This refund isn't automatic and may take a couple of days to process. Confirmation of your UK VAT refund will be sent via e-mail.
It is important to note that you may have to pay custom duties and taxes on the items you purchase and that these local fees are not included in your invoice. Any customs or import duties incurred once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges, and cannot predict them. In the event that you wish to return any item, please note that import duties and sales texes will not be refunded by us.
When returning an item, the product must be packed with a note above the address stating the goods are being returned. Failure to do this will result in import duties being removed from the amount refunded - at the customers expense.
Delivery times outside the UK may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. We cannot ship to PO box addresses.
First Time Orders:
To avoid delays to your order, please ensure that your billing address matches the address on your card statement, and that the cardholder's name is written as it appears on the card. Please ensure that your contact details are filled in accurately so that we can contact you if necessary.
For security, customers may also be subjected to standard fraud prevention checks.
